Staying Healthy In Yabatech

Students are aware of the stressful situations from lecturers, classmates and other factors, however there are advisable tips you can follow to stay healthy and fight stress.






 1) Create a routine.



 2) Put limit on work hours, indulge and     give yourself a break.

      
 3) Relax with hobbies.



 4) Learn time management.



 5) Get a full night rest whenever possible.



 6) Avoid caffeinated foods or drinks in bed.



 7) When you're ill, please go to the clinic.



 8) Exercise is important, take advantage of fitness courses.



 9) Incorporate a lot of exercises in your routine.
